During our initial session we’ll identify the areas you’d like to shift and the best path forward. We’ll create a personalized plan just for you.

How is a coaching session different from a channeling session?
In a coaching session, we’ll use a variety of tools to help you identify and create the life that you want and release barriers including next actions steps for you to take.
In a channeling session, you come with questions and I will call in your spirit guides to answer them.

What personal support will I get in the Living From Wisdom Not Worry Course?
The course includes 6 months of twice a month group coaching. You can ask any questions you want and get personal support in the group. If you want more in-depth support, you can add on one-on-one sessions for an additional cost.
